Hi, I'm Jack
WHERE I COME FROM
I acquired sound experience in public and private international business management. My managerial responsibilities have grown and increased over the years, especially as regards international strategy, regulation, innovation and business development. In 2007, I joined Cisco focusing on the new technologies applied to all sectors including logistic and postal sectors.
A THRIVING CAREER
Two years later, I gave a new direction to my career by joining the public sector as Director General for personnel and organization development for the Belgian Federal Government. There, I initiated several programs applying to the whole Belgian federal public service in areas such as governance, ethics, diversity, efficiency, customer orientation, leadership development, performance management and culture change. In September 2013 I joined the ranks of the Belgian Institute for Postal services & Telecommunications where I was Chairman of the Council until January 2017 when I was nominated as a Member of the Council with postal services as one of my competences.
I have a strong postal career where I acquired relevant knowledge and good track record both in Europe and within the Universal Postal Union circles. Thanks to several leading roles within the UPU bodies, I gained invaluable experience on all key UPU matters like remuneration, reform and governance issues.
