ERGP agreed on its Work Programme 2020

The Plenary session was preceded on 28 November by an external open workshop “Data Driven Regulation of Postal Markets”. More than 170 participants discussed which indicators and information is needed to regulate the postal market, how to improve further comparability and dissemination and made a first assessment of the data collected in the framework of the Regulation on cross-border parcel delivery services.

European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) 17th Plenary meeting
the Plenary approved the following documents:
- ERGP Report on quality of service, consumer protection and complaints handling [ERGP (19) 35];
- ERGP Report on postal core indicators [ERGP (19) 37];
- ERGP Report on cross-subsidization practices [ERGP (19) 40].
